Flagstone is a flat stone generally used for paving of walkways, patios, facades, and similar types of construction. The word “flagstone” is derived from the old English word “flagge” meaning “turf,” and perhaps from the older Norse word “flaga” meaning “stab” or “chip.”

With a wide variety of options in color, texture, size, shape, and arrangement, the owner, builder, and contractor can become the author of what often becomes the most welcoming place in the landscape.

Most commonly used stone: Pennsylvania Bluestone (flagstone or dimensional), Green Mountain Flagstone, Mystic Mountain Stone, Ridgeline Flagstone, Hawthorne Granite, Goshen Stone
